General Shipping Information
Normal Dispatch process
We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours. See below for transit times.
During peak times such as sales and holiday season, please expect up to 7 business days to receive your order
Amendments, Returns & Exchanges
Once you place your order, we swiftly move it to a pick system in our warehouse. Therefore it's impossible to try find an order you wish to change or cancel.
You can of course, return your unopened order once you receive it.

We ship worldwide. During sale/special offer/peak season delivery can take longer than normal.
Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery in the Republic of Ireland
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery to the UK.
During sale/special offer/peak season delivery can take longer than normal.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information for orders within Ireland and the UK.
International orders to Australia, UAE, United States of America and Canada are send via UPS international courier service. This is a tracked service and therefore incurs a cost for orders under €150.00
All other international orders are sent by An Post Priority, standard, with no tracking.
Shipping costs shown on your order do not include duties, taxes or other import fees assessed by governments outside of the Republic of Ireland. You may be subject to additional import duties, taxes or fees assessed once your shipment(s) reaches the destination country. These costs may vary and are your responsibility as they are not within the control of UP Cosmetics
Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, we’ve made it as simple as possible. We are able to accept the return of unused items for a full refund within 28 days of their purchase. Please email care@upcosmetics.com include your order number to register your return. Please be advised that we are unable to take returns on products that have been opened and used. Goods must be in their original packaging.
You will be notified by email once your returns have been received and processed.
Gifts With Purchase
Full refunds will be given to fully returned orders including the unopened and sealed gift with purchase.
If you return an item which qualified you to also received a free gift with purchase, but not the free gift; we will refund you the returned item amount minus the price of the free gift.
Faulty Goods
If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened please contact our team at care@upcosmetics.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number.
