General Shipping Information
We ship worldwide. During peak season delivery will take longer than normal.
Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery in the Republic of Ireland
Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to the UK.
During the Covid Pandemic restrictions, please allow up to 50 days for international deliveries. Unfortunately this is beyond our control.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive tracking information for orders within Ireland and the UK.
International orders to Australia, UAE, United States of America and Canada are send via UPS international courier service. This is a tracked service and therefore incurs a cost for orders under €150.00
All other international orders are sent by An Post Priority, standard, with no tracking.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, we’ve made it as simple as possible. We are able to accept the return of unused items for a full refund within 28 days of their purchase. Please email email@example.com include your order number to register your return. Please be advised that we are unable to take returns on products that have been opened and used. Goods must be in their original packaging.
You will be notified by email once your returns have been received and processed.
If your goods are received as faulty or damaged once opened please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number.
