You will receive an email confirming your order with a unique order number.  Make sure your email is correct.

Your order will be packed up and prepared with our wonderful fulfilment warehouse partner Autofulfil.

Unfortunately with high volume this isn’t possible.

Always check if your address, phone number and email are correct when placing the order.

We’ll do our best to catch your order before dispatch. If dispatched, you can email us to arrange a return. 

During peak season delivery will take longer than normal.

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery  in the Republic of Ireland.

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to the UK.

Please allow up to 21 days for International deliveries.

You will receive an email confirming that your order has left our warehouse.

You will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email. 

You can follow this link or login to your store account and check for updates. International orders are sent by An Post Prioirty with no tracking.

Your order will be delivered with the least possible contact during Covid restrictions. Delivery Services generally operate Monday-Friday, 9-5pm.

You can use your tracking number to contact the courier/postal company and trace where your parcel is.

If your package looks visibly damaged on delivery, please ask the delivering person to mark "customer reported damaged" and refuse the parcel


Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt should you notice damage. We cannot accept return of faulty goods after this period of time.

You can return sealed, unopened, unused items within 28 days by emailing Goods must be in their original outer boxes and wrapped carefully.

Please note:

Goods must be sealed, unopened and unsampled. All returns are subject to quality control inspection using a UV scanner.

Please allow 5 -7 working days for returns to be approved and processed after hygiene inspections.

Once goods are inspected and verified unopened, untouched, undamaged, and fit for resale, your refund will be processed to the original method of purchase.

Refunds to PayPal are immediate. The refund amount will credit to your PayPal account.

Time to return to your bank account may take up to 7 working days depending on your bank. 

Your make up will always experience some wear and tear so it's a good idea to be mindful when you use and store your products.

Make sure they placed on a flat surface and away from any corners or edges that could risk your product dropping and breaking. Powders will break when banged or dropped so it's important to protect them and store properly.

We cannot be responsible for wear and tear of your product once it's in your possession.

You can purchase a digital gift voucher on our website (various values available).

At checkout can enter your gift card number in the voucher/discount box.
